Where can I book?

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay with two cards, contact our Contact Center.

Are my credit card details safe when making my reservation?

Yes. The data you provide us is encrypted so we offer you a secure experience in all your transactions.

Can I pay for my reservation when I check in at the Hotel?

To guarantee your reservation you need to complete your payment with a valid credit card.

Will my credit card be charged at the time of making my reservation on the website or by phone?

Yes. Reservations made on our official website or our Contact Center require full payment of the reservation.

Can I extend my stay at the Hotel during my trip?

Yes. However, any extension of stay is subject to availability, so it is not possible to guarantee the stay in the previously reserved category. Some additional charges may apply due to difference in rates depending on the day, the season, additional people or the room category.

Can I pay for a reservation in someone else's name?

Yes. For your protection and security, at the time of check-in we will request a copy of your identification and a copy of the credit card with which you made the payment.

Is it possible to change the dates of my reservation or cancel it?

Yes. It is possible to make any change of date or cancel your reservation at any time. The corresponding penalties will apply. Contact our Contact Center to learn about the penalties and policies for changes and cancellations.

Do you have rates for Quintana Roo residents?
