Walking into Ha’ is like entering a dream as refreshing as water. Its intimate and cosmopolitan ambiance is the perfect setting for enjoying Mexican cuisine with the seal of chef Carlos Gaytán, the first Mexican chef to receive a Michelin Star. With a 9-course tasting menu in which each dish is paired with a wine or drink to highlight its flavors, chef Gaytán shows us that aromas, textures and temperature are educational elements with which he innovates and creates a memorable experience.

LA TRAJINERA

A trajinera is a gondola style boat that navigates through the canals of the Xochimilco lake area in Mexico City. We pay homage to its commercial, gastronomical and cultural wealth a selection of culinary delights that bring together the best of Mexico’s seas. Our menus offer cuisine from Mexico’s main coastal areas, from the Yucatan Peninsula to Baja California.

CANTINA LOS FAROLES

With the help of mezcal, cocktails and Mexican snacks, the night livens up with live music and dishes for sharing that take us to the hustle and bustle of Oaxaca’s squares, terraces and markets. Designed by chef Alejandro Ruiz, the menu in Cantina Los Faroles pays homage to Oaxacan gastronomy through traditional recipes and regional ingredients that give shape to tlayudas, broths, and other dishes created after years of research and excellence. As the night progresses, the atmosphere comes alive and a menu created for those who like to stay up all night provides the energy for a fun night.
