Walking into Ha’ is like entering a dream as refreshing as water. Its intimate and cosmopolitan ambiance is the perfect setting for enjoying Mexican cuisine with the seal of chef Carlos Gaytán, the first Mexican chef to receive a Michelin Star. With a 9-course tasting menu in which each dish is paired with a wine to highlight its flavors, chef Gaytán shows us that aromas, textures and temperature are educational elements with which he innovates and creates a memorable experience.

A trajinera is a gondola style boat that navigates through the canals of the Xochimilco lake area in Mexico City. CANTINA LOS FAROLES

With the help of mezcal, cocktails and Mexican snacks, the night livens up with live music and dishes for sharing that take us to the hustle and bustle of Oaxaca’s squares, terraces and markets. Designed by chef Alejandro Ruiz, the menu in Cantina Los Faroles pays homage to Oaxacan gastronomy through traditional recipes and regional ingredients that give shape to tlayudas, broths, and other dishes created after years of research and excellence. As the night progresses, the atmosphere comes alive and a menu created for those who like to stay up all night provides the energy for a fun night.

CHIBALI

International cuisine in a colorful, family atmosphere, embraced by nature in our eco-integrating architecture. The menu caters to the great variety of ages, tastes and nationalities of our guests, so that both children and adults feel pampered, comfortable and at home. Fun desserts provide the finale for the experience, with everything from creamy milkshakes and cotton candy to ice cream and traditional Mexican candies.

TEATRO DEL RÍO

An experience where music, dance and the acting in our México Olé and Caribbean shows complement the culinary art of our 6-course pairing menu. This gastronomical creation is inspired by and committed to Grupo Xcaret’s Xustainabllity policy. We renew the menu each season to support local producers, respect closed fishing seasons and take care of this Mayan paradise where we find ourselves.

BIO

Noble, lively and nutritious; that’s how to describe Bio cuisine. Renowned chef Miguel Bautista designed this 100% vegan menu that surprises with dishes that are wholesome, yet light, typical of the Wellness Cuisine concept. The Mexican dishes are the most outstanding, respecting Mayan traditions, our guests’ food preferences and ingredients offered to us by nature. The experience is perfectly complemented by the view of the emerald water in our iconic coves.
